- Bangchak Prepaid Card is designed for the convenience of paying gas and services at participating gas stations.
- The card and its remaining balance cannot be redeemed for cash or otherwise exchanged for value.
- The card cannot be used to obtain cash through CDM and ATM and other banking venues.
- Cardholders can check card balance at TMB Web Fleet Service.
- In case the card was lost or stolen, cardholders should advise TMB Corporate Call Centre at 02-643-7000 (8.00 AM – 6.00 PM) or TMB Contact Centre at 1558.
- Cardholders can refill card balance by submitting cash in Thai Baht to the account number found on the card at TMB or using the TMB Touch.
- The minimum value of the card is THB 500/card and does not exceed THB 40,000/card.
